Teaching and performing are of course, two of most common career paths musicians take, but they don't have to be the only options for you to consider. Having a music degree can give you invaluable experience that you may struggle to find outside of university or higher education institutions. When you're ready, let's take a look at some of the institutions in Singapore that offer a Diploma in Music.

For Laselle, you are required to meet the educational qualifications and present three contrasting pieces of music in any style that will show off your technical and musical abilities most effectively. You do not need to have any previous music theory qualifications to audition, as long as you are confident in your abilities to perform during the audition.
