Experience
I have been teaching in a music school as well as giving private lessons outside. Experienced in teaching students of all ages from 4 years old to elderly. Trained in ABRSM syllabus. Prepared Students for ABRSM exams and they achieved great results. Versatile in teaching, depending on the student's needs and learning. Currently teaching a group of elderly students Taught elderly using numerical numbers as well as chords.
Was in a school band for 3 years President of a school band for 2 years Played various instruments in the band before such as glockenspiel, vibraphone, marimba, xylophone, angklung, percussion, etc.. Assistant Conductor in the band.
Carlyn has been playing the piano since the age of 6 and is currently giving private piano lessons, a full time piano teacher with 2 years of experience.
I learn the style of each individual and like to praise students whenever possible to motivate them.
