Description: The piano was used weekly from 2010 to 2016, then lightly used (about three times a year) from 2016 to 2025. Internally, the action, strings, and tuning pins are in good condition, with no visible rust or corrosion. Hammer felt shows moderate but even wear, consistent with earlier regular use followed by long periods of inactivity. Keys are evenly aligned and in good cosmetic condition. Last tuning was in 2021. The piano is playable but will benefit from a standard tuning and regulation after transport. One key (upper E) plays normally but returns slightly slower than usual, likely due to minor action regulation or felt friction from reduced use. This is a common and serviceable issue. Overall condition is good, structurally sound, and suitable for home practice or student use. Selling it away due to house moving and no longer will have the space to have it. Price is negotiable.
